Terms of Use

TEMPLATE — This is a template, not legal advice. Review with a qualified lawyer before relying on it.

1. Nature of Service

Swapper is a non-custodial interface that routes token swaps via the 0x Swap API. The application never holds your funds, private keys, or any assets. You retain full control of your wallet at all times. By using Swapper you interact directly with public blockchain networks; all transactions are executed by your own wallet software.

2. No Warranty

Swapper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee of continuous availability, the accuracy or completeness of price quotes, the success of any transaction, or the correctness of exchange-rate data displayed. Use at your own risk.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys, the token addresses and amounts you choose to swap, gas fees and slippage settings, and carefully reviewing every transaction before signing. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a swap is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be undone or reversed. You acknowledge and accept this risk before using the service.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token prices, quotes, and market data are informational only. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

5. Third Parties

Swap quotes are sourced from the 0x Swap API. Token prices and metadata are provided by CoinGecko. Blockchain connectivity is handled by your chosen wallet provider. Each of these third parties operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply independently to your use of their services. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Swapper shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from or related to your use of the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of Swapper after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
